What we grow
Each strain grown on a substrate tuned to its species — for texture, colour and flavour a chef can build a plate around.

How we grow
Specialty mushrooms are unforgiving. We treat cultivation as a controlled process — measured substrate chemistry, sterile technique and climate control from inoculation to harvest.
Carbon and supplement blends mixed to a precise C:N ratio, tuned per species.
Autoclave sterilisation and clean-room inoculation — no pesticides, low contamination.
Temperature, humidity and CO₂ are continuously monitored and held in range so every flush forms true to type.
Picked at peak maturity, graded on the line and packed for wholesale partners.
